When you graduated from high school and look to start a job or a career there are some qualities that you must meet for that job and on top of that you must impress the employer. Three things I think an employer would look for on somebody is the ability to work with other people, able to get the job done without confirmation and also have great communication skills.
Being able to work with people that are very different from you is very important. In the workplace having teamwork is the most needed thing in a business. Everything has to be on point and done incredibly quick. Just like when I play basketball, if there’s not teamwork then we wont score and possibly turn the ball over, but when there is teamwork the ball will move so smooth and possibly a score.
Another thing that is needed is the ability to get the job done without confirmation. When you can do this that will build your respect in the workplace and people will start to trust you with alot, but the down side to this is you will have alot more responsibilities in which will make your job alot harder.
The last thing you need is excellent communication skills, this simple little task can become a big thing in a workplace. When you can communicate this means that you are capable of talking people into things in which persuasion

I have wash the clothes
cook dinner once in a while
walk the dog
shop in the grocery isles
I have to be strong
Be strong for everyone else
Be kind and curtious
Don’t let anything worry me
I have to go hard
Set my goals such a far
Get what I need done
Get myself on a run
What I have to do
I have to do quickly
No slow runs for me
Everything is a part of me

Why is it a pain when entering a new grade full of mature teenagers and your coming from an immature grade. When I came to this school I thought it ws all fun and games, I knew I was going to have to do some work though. When I entered my first class I was introduced to something called “Laps”. Laps are a series of assignments assign by the teacher and they must be completed by a certain deadline. In the past I had a very bad procrastonating problem so I slacked off the lap since it was due so late in the month. Of course I would go home and attempt to do some of the work, but a little bit at a time. Then the time caught up with me an it was a-day-or-two from the deadline of the lap. I felt stupid that I walked in the classroom with no work and everyone else had something to turn in. After that class I tried do other laps but after the lap was done another lap is being given. This problem has followed be up until this day. My credits didn’t show the sense of impression to my parents so I was but on punishment until I got my credits back up.
Now I’am so close to get everything back and my credits are increasing because I’ve noticed without playing video games everyday of the week I can get my work done faster than I thought.

1. They chose to hang some of the prisoners to show power towards the jews. And sending a message not to get out of line
2. To me Elie and his father’s relationship was strong but got weaker over the course of the story. It got stronger because they depended on each othet hen afterwards the Elie started to see is father as more of a leader.
3. This is a significant act because Elie’s dad wanted him to fend for himself no matter what it took. It was a message from his father telling Elie to grow up a be a man. Then when Elie said ” the inheritance” it meant he was given the role as a leader.
4. Elie’s time in Auschwitz lowered his hopes because he wondered why god would let something like this happen.
5. The workman causes a riot by throwing a piece of bread on to the wagon floor. This action presited him as a trouble maker and this also cause some prisoners to starve.
6. The conflict that came to be was when Elie’s father got sick and he had to provide him with extra food.
7. On January 28, 1945 Elie’s father was struck by an SS officer witch that broke his skull a brought him to death
8. It means that he will never forget what Elie and his family went through in the Holocaust.
9. He kept us from answering his story by giving great detail and providing a good middle and end
10. The meaning of this title means that his wait for the rise of the sun set him free from the very long nights he had during the Holocaust

1. Elie describes himself as being kind, loving and religious
2. Moshe the Beadle is a teacher of the jewish ways of life.
3. The town listened to Moshe’s stories because they respected Moshe and understand where he’s coming from.
4. He wanted the reader to know how religious he was.
5. They kept adding rules that became worst overtime, which was resisting the jews. Then they force the jews into concentration camps and the murders began
6. Elie’s family got separated when they were in line and the female had to go one way and males had to go the other. This was the last time Elie saw his mom and his sister.
7. They take their belongings from them because they didnt want the jews thinking about their home or anything pertaining to it. Also the jews were stripped of their clothes and cut off all their hair to recognize them. Numbers were also tattoed on them to keep track of them at role call.
8. Your life turning into one long night means that whatever that happened on that particular night, scarred you for the rest of your life.
9. The book ” Night” is pretty much a story about the Holocaust, and in my opinion is exciting. I’am in a rush to see what happens to the main character. This book also has a great sense of imagery.

Dear, Ms. Collier
When you said you had no hope for the publication for the story ” Marigolds” I thought otherwise because this story to me it was a story about a man a woman who live in a house that is extremely worn out. The character Miss Lottie was able to keep a nice garden, but has her garden terrorized by little kids. I actually connected with this story very well because it reminds me of my own childhood. Doing a bunch o bad things until just like a character in the story, I ended up regreting what I’ve done.

A) How is the story related to the poem ?
The story is related to the poem by both of them teaching respect, and how hard it is growing up without nice things around
B) What if Mrs. Jones had not taken Roger home ? How might his life be different ?
If Mrs. Jones had not taken Roger home, his life would have been full of crime and would have probably turned into a deliquent.
C) Imagine that Roger and Mrs. Jones meet ten years after the events of the story. Write a dialogue that they might have.
Roger: Excuse me but, by any chance do yo might be Mrs. Jones ?
Mrs. Jones: Yes and you might be ?
Roger: My name is Roger, the little boy that you helped out when I was younger.
Mrs. Jones: Ooohhh how have you been ?
Roger: I’m doing good I’ve gotten myself together and now attending a good school.
Mrs. Jones: And how are your grades ?
Roger: They are superb Ma’am.
Mrs. Jones: Okay that’s nice, well I have to get more of my shopping done, but it was nice to see you again.
Roger: Okay bye Mrs. Jones.

Where I’m fro is a calm and relaxing place
loud at times, but it’s okay
Where I’m from you can find a lot, from video games
To this years television screens.
Where I’m from it’s very hot humid
don’t turn on the air and you’ll be sweating
something stupid.
Where I’m from my friends communicate and socialize
but, I don’t really do neither because I don’t come outside.
Where I’m from generosity and kindness is the key
do both and get something nice from my family.
